Pricing FAQs
Quick answers to what teams ask most about plans, billing, and how usage works inside the workspace.
Why does pricing live on each workspace instead of on the user account?
Each workspace tracks one brand on one plan, with its own quota and renewal date. A single login can hold many workspaces on different plans. Agencies typically run one workspace per client, and brands run one per market or product line. Cancelling one workspace never affects the others.
What is the practical difference between the Starter and Growth tiers?
Starter plans (Audit, Refresh, Publish) cover XEO visibility, tech audits, content refreshes, and new XEO blogs up to 25 each cycle. Growth plans (Tailor, Amplify, Dominate) add Custom contextual blogs for campaigns, events, and seasonal moments, and scale the cap from 40 all the way up to 150.
How does the 10% annual discount work and when does it kick in?
Switching a workspace from monthly billing to annual applies the 10% discount immediately on that workspace's next renewal. The discount stays attached through the full annual commitment. Changing plans inside the annual window keeps the annual rate at the new plan's price until your renewal date arrives.
How does the monthly blog quota work, and what happens if I run out?
Each blog write counts as one slot, whether brand new or a refresh of an existing post. Scans, audits, and keyword runs have separate quotas and never draw down the blog cap. The counter resets every 30 days. Upgrading mid cycle restarts the cycle on the new plan and refreshes the quota.
Can I try GetXEO before paying for a plan?
Every account includes a Sample workspace loaded with realistic data for a sample brand called GetReplies. You can browse the dashboard, scans, audits, and reports freely. Write actions stay blocked in the sample, so you see exactly what each plan unlocks before paying for your first.
Can I downgrade a workspace without losing my scan history or past blogs?
Yes. Downgrading takes effect at the next billing renewal so your current cycle finishes intact. Every scan, audit, blog, keyword, and visibility delta stays attached to the workspace permanently. Features the new plan no longer covers simply pause and stay visible but locked, never deleted.
How does cancellation work and what happens to my workspace data afterward?
Cancellation stops billing at the end of the current paid cycle. The workspace then switches to a viewable state so you keep accessing reports, scans, and previously shipped blogs. Reactivating later resumes everything without losing any history. To wipe content entirely, use Reset Workspace inside Settings.
