The most visible name is not a builder. RERA, the housing law and the state authorities under it, scores 45.6 percent. Sobha follows on 40.8, then 99acres 22.4, NoBroker 17.6 and Prestige Group 13.6.
The sharper finding is that the law wins the answer and never writes it. Two of the 375 sources sit on a government domain. Developer owned blogs supply 61, the largest identifiable group of sources in the run.
