One company answers almost everything. NoBroker scores 75.2 percent, and is named on every question in two of the five categories. 99acres follows on 59.2 percent, then MagicBricks 28.0, Housing.com 17.6 and RERA 17.6.
The sharper finding is in the sources. NoBroker's own sites supply 54 of the 375 pages cited. Four citations come from a government domain, and no state RERA website appears anywhere in the run.
