Tata Elxsi leads on 17.6 percent, an employer of record platform takes 13.6, and two government test bodies follow on 11.2 each. Only one of the four leaders is an engineering firm, which is the finding of this report.
The listed engineering giants appear in two categories out of five. Everywhere else the answers belong to small design shops, statutory agencies and platforms that published a guide, and 94 organisations share the 25 questions between them.
