Executive summary
AI answer engines now sit between an Indian buyer and the firm they trust with their defences. We ran 25 questions across five categories with live web search, then recorded every organisation named and every source cited. The run produced 375 citations from 280 domains.
CERT-In leads on 16.8 percent, Astra Security takes 16.0 and CrowdStrike 12.8. A government agency leading a commercial ranking is unusual, and the low winning score says nobody owns this market in the answers.
This is the most fragmented set we have run. Ninety different organisations are named across 25 questions and only 22 of them appear more than once, so almost every question is answered by a different cast.
