Genpact leads on 12.0 percent, WNS takes 11.2 and Outsource2india 10.4. The two global names lead only where the question is about picking a provider. Everywhere else the answer belongs to whoever wrote the page.
The third placed name tells the story. Outsource2india is far smaller than the firms above it, but it publishes a service page for almost every question in this report, so it ranks in three of the five categories.
