Policybazaar leads on 76.8 percent, the highest score in any market we have measured, and it is named on 24 of the 25 questions. Acko follows on 40.8 and Zurich Kotak on 34.4.
Only 16 organisations are named in the whole run, the narrowest field we have seen, and not one public sector insurer appears. The regulator is named on four questions, and policybazaar.com alone carries 53 of the 375 citations.
