CRISIL leads on visibility at 64.8 percent, ahead of ICRA at 53.6 percent and SEBI at 33.6 percent. CRISIL and ICRA are each named in 19 of the 25 questions. The agencies own their own subject.
The sharper finding is where that stops. On the five questions about what a rating does to a debt fund, the regulator leads and no rating agency reaches the top five at all.

We chose five categories that follow an investor from reading a rating symbol to living with a downgrade. Each one drives real search demand, decides where money goes, and forces an engine to name specific companies rather than give general advice.
