Executive summary

Three short paragraphs explaining the feature and value.

A GetXEO workspace is one tracked brand domain with its own scans, blogs, audits, calendars, and reports. Every workspace operates independently so a single user account can hold many brands or products, with each one running its own visibility programme cleanly side by side without any data crossing over.

Workspaces also map onto regions. If your brand sells in the United States, India, and Germany, you spin up a workspace per market. Each workspace runs its own geolocation aware visibility scans, its own competitor list, and its own content calendar, with no data spilling across borders inside the same account.

Pricing is per workspace. There is no account level subscription. Every user can create unlimited workspaces, and each workspace carries its own paid plan. You can run one workspace on Starter, another on Growth, and a third on Agency, all under the same user account, no caps anywhere across the model.

Top FAQs

Five common questions answered for fast practical clarity.

How many workspaces can one user create?

There is no cap. A single user account can hold as many workspaces as the user needs, each tracking a different brand domain, region, or product line. Agency users routinely hold tens of workspaces, one per client. Brands with multiple product lines or markets typically run one workspace per line or market separately.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is at the workspace level. Each workspace carries its own paid plan independent of the others. There is no account level subscription bundling them. A user can run one workspace on Starter for a small brand, another on Growth for a mid sized brand, and a third on Agency for a larger client, all under the same login.

How do teams collaborate when a workspace is single user?

Primarily through the workspace's PDF reports: the Visibility report for stakeholder updates, the Tech audit report for engineering planning, and the dashboard PDF for executive summaries. Beyond reports, the marketer typically briefs the team in regular check ins using live workspace walkthroughs. Multi user access is on the roadmap; current focus is sharpening per workspace intelligence quality before adding seat and permission complexity.

What happens to data when I switch workspaces?

Nothing. Each workspace's data lives independently in its own scoped store. Switching from workspace A to workspace B simply loads B's dashboard, keywords, scans, competitors, blogs, and calendar. There is zero data cross contamination, which keeps competitive intelligence honest when you serve competing brands from one agency account.

Can I move data between workspaces?

By default, no. Each workspace is isolated by design so brands stay clean. For specific cases like cloning a workspace to start from a similar template, the workspace settings include a one off copy action that duplicates the brand profile, keywords, and search questions into a new workspace. Scans and blogs do not copy across cleanly always.
