Visibility report
Composite PDF roll up across AEO, GEO, SEO. One XEO score, per pillar breakdown, brand versus competitor, prioritised action list.

Executive summary
Three short paragraphs explaining the feature and value.
The Visibility report is the single composite PDF roll up across AEO, GEO, and SEO scoring. The headline XEO score sits at the top, followed by per pillar breakdowns showing how each contributed. Below, brand versus competitor average benchmarking. Then a prioritised action list. Designed to be read top to bottom like a document.
One tab. No drill downs, no tabs to click through, no settings to configure. The artefact a marketing lead walks into a stakeholder meeting with. The artefact a head of growth shares with the CEO at the end of the quarter. The artefact an agency hands to a client to show progress against the brief.
Export to PDF generates client side via jsPDF so the download is instant and works from any browser session. The report carries the workspace name, scan timestamp, query set version, and competitor list version. Same data, frozen at scan time, reproducible six months later if someone needs to revisit the numbers in their original context.

Top FAQs
Five common questions answered for fast practical clarity.
Who is the Visibility report for?
Marketing leads walking into stakeholder meetings, heads of growth reporting upward to executive teams, agencies showing client progress, and analyst teams aggregating across many brands. Anyone who needs the AI search visibility picture in one document without navigating tabs or panels. The format prioritises stakeholder consumption over operator drill down efficiency.
How does the prioritised action list work?
An AI agent reads the full scan data, identifies the underlying drivers of the current XEO score, weights each by potential impact and effort, and surfaces the top five actions for the next sprint. Items link back into the workspace so marketers can click through from the PDF preview into the live remediation surfaces.
Can the report compare against a baseline?
Yes. By default it shows the current scan plus the previous one with deltas. Reports can also be configured to compare against any prior scan in the history, useful for quarterly or annual reviews. The Compare against dropdown selects the baseline; the prioritised action list adjusts to focus on drivers of the chosen delta.
Is the PDF customisable?
Workspace logo, accent colour, and report title are configurable in workspace settings and applied on every export automatically. The composition itself (sections, scoring breakdowns, action list format) is fixed by design so reports stay legible across workspaces. Agencies running multiple workspaces get visually distinct exports per client with zero configuration overhead.
How big are typical reports?
Eight to twelve pages depending on the size of the query set and competitor list. Reports include cover, executive summary, per pillar breakdowns, BT10C tables, leaderboard charts, action list, and an appendix with the methodology and scan metadata. Optimised for reading on screen and printing single sided in standard letter or A4 sizes.
