Most generative engine optimization (GEO) tools in 2026 tell a team what is wrong and stop. That is not laziness, it is where the product boundary naturally falls: the fixes live in a codebase and a content calendar that the vendor does not control. The cost is a queue, and the queue is longer than the subscription because a diagnosis arrives weekly and a fix arrives when somebody has time.
