Scrunch AI describes itself as an AI customer experience platform, and it runs across three jobs. It monitors how a brand shows up in AI answers, it reports what AI agents do on your site, and then it serves those agents something different from what a person gets.

The monitoring is conventional and competent. It reports brand presence, citations, sentiment, competitive position and prompt management. Coverage runs across four AI platforms on the entry plan and nine at the enterprise tier, on the reading a browser receives.

The reporting is stronger than most. Agent Traffic shows which agents are retrieving content, which pages they rely on, and how that traffic trends, and Site Diagnostics analyzes how agents access and navigate the site, then returns prioritized fixes with a per page audit score.

Then the unusual part. Its delivery layer intercepts AI retrieval traffic at the CDN, strips the markup, renders the content server side, and serves a compressed structured version. Only real time AI retrieval bots receive it. Google and Bing indexing crawlers keep seeing the ordinary site, so classic search is untouched. How GetXEO works

One score across three layers, then the work behind it.

GetXEO reads the brand first. It crawls the domain, classifies every URL, and builds a profile every downstream writer reads. It then derives the question universe and curates twenty five queries per pillar, each mapped back to the keyword or question it came from.

Those queries produce one composite score. The dashboard carries AEO, GEO and SEO sub scores, model citation rates and the change since the last scan. AEO polls answer engines, GEO covers AI summarized search and weights paragraph position, and SEO tracks the classic result page alongside AI Overviews.

Output is a mesh rather than a queue. Blogs are produced as one connected set, the visualizer maps that mesh beside keyword clusters and competitor networks, and the calendar sequences refreshes, technical fixes and new posts across twelve weeks. Every block is written to survive being lifted away from its page.

Delivery is audited rather than replaced. The GEO audit checks entity declarations, Organization schema, semantic HTML and knowledge graph signals. The three audits roll into one score with a page by page heat map. The fixes arrive as a list a developer can work through.

Two answers to the same delivery problem

Both products start from the same true observation. An engine arriving at a modern marketing page finds a great deal of markup, a lot of script, and the actual answer buried somewhere inside it. Something has to give.

Scrunch AI gives the agent a different document. That is fast, it needs no engineering from the site team, and on a heavy site it works immediately. It also introduces a second copy of every page, and a second copy is a thing somebody has to keep true. When the human page changes and the machine page does not, the engine is being told something the company no longer says.

GetXEO changes the page. That is slower, it needs a developer, and on a large site it is genuinely more work. What it buys is one document. There is nothing to reconcile, nothing to drift, and the page a person reads is the page an engine reads.

We hold that the single document is the better long term position, and we hold it as a design judgment rather than a measured finding. Nobody has published a study comparing the two approaches, and it would be easy to write one that flattered whichever product paid for it. What can be said is what each vendor publishes about its own method, which is what this page does.

Scrunch AI is ahead on delivery mechanics and we have said so. The edge sits in the three links above delivery, and in what happens to a parallel copy over time.

The questions. Scrunch AI manages prompt sets you define. GetXEO derives the question universe by modeling how a buyer behaves while researching, which is meant to surface the situations people describe to an engine rather than the phrases they type. That is a design judgment on our side, and we label it as one. What is measured is the scale of the shift: most B2B buyers now use AI somewhere in the buying process and more than half use it to compare vendors.

The structure. Scrunch AI publishes nothing about the shape of the set you build. A mesh compounds because each post supports the others, and no amount of edge optimization supplies that shape.

The craft. Both products act on the page an agent receives. The difference is which page. Research on citation factors finds that pages carrying figures, quotes and citations get named noticeably more often, though the same work ranks off site brand signals ahead of on page craft. A stripped copy of a thin page is still a thin page, and compression does not add evidence that was never written.

The maintenance question. This is the honest core of it. Our position is that two documents drift apart, and that the drift stays invisible until an engine quotes the stale one. That is a judgment about how teams work rather than something anybody has measured. One document cannot drift from itself. Each AI operator crawls under its own user agent and OpenAI documents that a robots change is picked up in about a day, so a team that fixes its own pages sees the result quickly and owns the outcome.

Scrunch AI publishes that its delivery layer serves AI retrieval traffic a different document from the one a browser receives, and it runs that layer on its own site. So two readings of its pricing page did not agree. A browser reading on 29 August 2026 gives two brand plans, an entry plan at two hundred and fifty dollars a month carrying a hundred and twenty five prompts and a custom tier above it, with an agency entry at five hundred.
